Chaos Classic brings together Huntsville hockey alumns

The Benton H. Wilcoxon Municipal Ice Complex recently teamed up the Huntsville Havoc Booster Club to host the Chaos Classic featuring Huntsville hockey alumni from years past. The event was held in conjunction with Family Fun Day and Casino Night to honor the 25th Anniversary of the Ice Complex in its current location.

Team Twiggies faced off against Team Havoc Saturday April 1st before the Huntsville Havoc game at the VBC Propst Arena. Team Twiggies won the game. During the game the Ice Complex’s Senior Facility Manager Steve Clough recognized the Father of Huntsville Hockey, Mr. Fred Hudson. Hudson helped to start the hockey program in Huntsville and still plays to this day, competing in the Chaos Classic on Team Havoc.
